Roman Way Estate CIC goes live!!

From Monday 21st November 2011 Roman Way Estate CIC will start managing some housing services across the estate on behalf of Birmingham City Council.

We have a number of repairs contractors who will help us to deliver an excellent repairs service to council tenants on the estate.This means tenants will have a direct say in their resident led, locally based housing services.

Repairs can be reported in person in our office at 27 Underwood Close (open 9 am- 5 pm, Monday-Friday), by calling us FREE OF CHARGE from landlines on 0800 171 2340 or 0121 472 7576. For gas repairs please continue to contact BCC direct on 0800 073 3333

An open day will be held in our office on Saturday 26th November between 2 pm- 6 pm for residents to come along and meet the management team and staff.

New Website Launched
We have just completed work on our new website for Roman Way Estate CIC. Not only does the website have a new look and more information, it includes extra sections such as 'Our Board & Staff' (profiling the members of our board and staff), 'Vacancies' (to advertise job opportunities in Roman Way Estate CIC) and 'Neighbourhood Tasking' (which details the joint work and meetings between Roman Way Estate CIC and other key local organisations).
